South Carolina State Beekeepers now have a WEB SITE !!!!!

Welcome to the Piedmont Beekeepers Association’s

                                        Web Site. 

 

We are one of the oldest beekeeping organizations in South Carolina.

 

Our group meets every third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm (except July and December) at the Clemson Extension office located at County Square. For information on joining the association, click here.

 

PIEDMONT BEEKEEPERS WIN !!!!!

Piedmont Beekeepers Association won the high attendance award at the South Carolina State Beekeepers meeting for the second year in a row!!!!!

 

The Piedmont Beekeepers field day & BBQ will be on Saturday,  August 14, at Roper Mt. Science Center.  Folks may begin to arrive around 4:30 p.m. and visit the site and gardens.  Henry's Smoke House will supply the pork and chopped chicken with all the trimmings at $5.00 per person.  The meal will be served under sheltered picnic tables at 6:30.  You might want to bring your lawn chair.   Members may bring a favorite dessert for our for the dessert table. 

IMPORTANT NOTE....

 AT 6PM THE FRONT GATE WILL BE LOCKED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO ENTER BYWAY OF THE FRONTAGE RD. AND SIDE ENTRANCE.   IF you need to call inside for help,  Muff's cell is 430-1247.

IF you have not signed up....please call the Clemson Office, 232-4431 #0, or call and leave Barbara Tate, 269-8742 your name and # in party so that the food order may be made.  PLEASE let us know of ANY CHANGES by August 7 at the latest.

 There will be no monthly beekeepers meeting in July.
